Video analysis

We request that you pay for your treatment at the end of each session. That way we all know where we are up to and your account will not get unmanageable.

We are happy to accept cash or cheque, and we have the facility to accept card payments with CHIP and PIN technology.

In the case of private insurance company patients, we will issue a receipt, following payment, which can be used to claim the cost of the treatment directly from your insurers.  Due to administration costs we do not make claims from the insurance companies on your behalf.  We are sorry but we are unable to offer any credit.

At the end of a course of treatment, upon request, we can provide you with a detailed breakdown of all your sessions.

If you need to cancel your appointment you will be required to give at least 24 hours notice. Should you fail to attend your session without giving us prior notice you will be charged at the usual rate for the session.
